I'm delighted to offer ceremonial grade Cacao!
Like the sound of Cacao, but not ready to commit to a full size bag? Or maybe you fancy a travel size pack for an upcoming trip. I can help! This sample bag includes 45g of chopped ceremonial grade Cacao plus three good pinches of chilli powder, which allows for three generous daily servings. Cacao and chilli powder are bagged separately so you can add as much or as little chilli as you like! Just add plant-based milk - I'd personally recommend Oatly Barista Edition which is usually available in both Lidl and Tesco.
Instructions are included to help you master the perfect cup of delicious Cacao!
What is Cacao?
Cacao is pure, raw chocolate which still has all it's original nutrients; no sugar, fats, or yukkiness. A million miles away from hot chocolate as you may know it! I have a cup every day, made with oat milk and a pinch of chilli...and many students now do the same. It's a wonderful treat, has got several students off the coffee, and fulfils all the chocolate cravings without the sugar etc.
BUT...Cacao is a little bit of magic too. It's a plant medicine from Peru and is used in ceremony. I use Cacao on New Moon Drum Meditations as we set an intention. It can be a moment of pause and reflection for you to set an intention for the day, journal, meditate, or sit in nature. Cacao gently opens the heart...it is grounding, uplifting, full of magnesium, zinc, iron, antioxidants and more! It regulates blood pressure and blood sugar, and contains tryptophan to put us in a good mood.
