Church Sound Bath Collaboration, Sun 31 Aug 2025

Join us for this exciting collaboration in the lovely setting of Driffield All Saints Church. This ancient and beautiful building is the perfect setting for a sound bath with amazing acoustics. This will be set off with a backdrop of twinkling candles.

Rebecca & I will be creating a beautiful and extraordinary soundscape for you to relax and immerse yourself in these healing sound vibrations, where you can drift off, rest and leave the world behind for a while. We will be using four planetary gongs, drums, Himalayan bowls, voice and other instruments. We will be chanting mantras to heal and restore. The group energy will be so very special and we’d like to offer you chai and cake after the session to anchor you back into your bodies before you float off home!

Please be aware that the floor is wooden and churches are often a little cool, so please bring all you need to be comfortable.

Sound Bath begins at 4pm. A light supper of chai and cake will be served from 5pm.

What to Bring
Please bring all that you need to be comfortable on the floor. Cushions under knees and head are recommended, plus a warm blanket, and a yoga mat to lay on.
