Evening Sound Immersion, Wed 12 Feb 2025

I'm delighted to offer an in-person Evening Sound Immersion at Cobblestones on Wednesday 12 February 2025.

This journey will take you through an otherworldly soundscape made by beautiful instruments such as gongs, drum, singing bowls, and sacred mantra. Each with their own vibration which affects every cell in the body. This can bring a deep sense of peace, and can assist healing and letting go beautifully.

Student numbers are limited so this class is offered on a first-come, first-served basis!
