Spring Equinox Sunrise Session, Wed 19 Mar 2025

I'm delighted to offer an in-person Spring Equinox Sunrise Session at Cobblestones on Wednesday 19 March 2025. Student numbers are limited so this class is offered on a first-come, first-served basis!

The Spring Equinox is the most important day in the Kundalini tradition. It is a day of subtle balance within the cosmic realm that is said to act like a vortex for all that you are calling forward.

"Today is the day, today the Heavens are crossing, the cold is crossing to heat, today the warmth is awakening, seasonal hibernation is over, spring is setting in. Today the man is sprouting."

We will gather together to work with some beautiful practices; creating a strength, radiance and magnetism in the aura, leading us to clarity, abundance and peaceful strength. You will be greeted by a cup of chai and treated to a long sound bath to integrate your efforts.
