I'm delighted to offer an in-person Winter Solstice Reflection & Rest at Cobblestones on Sunday 21 December 2025.
Winter Solstice offers us a place to pause, at this time of deepest darkness. An opportunity to be still, quiet and reflect. An opportunity to connect with light, to cultivate our light and to radiate our light. And to rest, restore, appreciate and honour this very special moment as we turn towards the lighter days.
We will be working with some beautiful practices to cultivate the sattvic (pure, serene, harmonious) qualities within us, and connect with the potential and possibilities ahead of us.
Student numbers are limited so this class is offered on a first-come, first-served basis!
