I'm delighted to offer an in-person Candle Gazing & Drum Meditation with Cacao at Cobblestones on Wednesday 22 April 2026.
A gentle evening working with the practice of Tratak (candle gazing), to increase intuition and vision, to elevate the spirit and enhance eyesight, followed by cacao to softly open us up to resting into the deep earthy rhythm of the drum.
Student numbers are limited so this class is offered on a first-come, first-served basis!
